As a Moderator, you’ll help support our streamers, maintain a safe and positive environment, and represent the IolaniV brand with pride. We value dedication, fairness, and great communication — and we make sure our moderators are rewarded for their efforts.

Moderator Requirements:

 

  • Must be at least 18 years old or older.

  • Able to commit to at least 2 streams per week (scheduling is flexible).

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Must maintain professional conduct in all IolaniV spaces, both public and private.

  • Must be able to handle conflicts calmly and fairly, prioritizing community safety.

  • Willing to enforce rules consistently, regardless of personal relationships.

  • Active on Discord (required for team communication).

  • Familiar with Twitch or YouTube moderation tools (training provided if needed).
