Moderator Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old or older.

Able to commit to at least 2 streams per week (scheduling is flexible).

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Must maintain professional conduct in all IolaniV spaces, both public and private.

Must be able to handle conflicts calmly and fairly, prioritizing community safety.

Willing to enforce rules consistently, regardless of personal relationships.

Active on Discord (required for team communication).

Familiar with Twitch or YouTube moderation tools (training provided if needed).
